APTOS – On Friday, 10 February 2023, the parish of Resurrection, 7600 Soquel Drive, will once again be hosting the Great Chili Cook-Off in the parish’s Markey Community Center from 6pm until 8:30pm.
Sponsored by various faith communities and the Mid-County Homeless Coalition, many types of chili will be featured, as well as cornbread, dessert, beverages, and live music. There will be a “Friendly” Chili Competition with both professional judges and “People’s Choice” awards.
Proceeds benefit the Shower the People ministry.
