CAMARILLO – Padre Serra Parish, 5205 Upland Road, is seeking a business manager to assist the pastor, providing oversight for human resources, business functions, finance operations, use and development of technology, and maintenance of the campus and facilities.
The position requires good management and people skills, knowledge of developments in technology, and a self-starting attitude.
A suitable candidate will also appreciate and support the pastoral values that underlie the parish’s mission to bring people to an encounter with Jesus and serve as His disciples.
The position is 20-25 hours per week, with a salary range of $33,655 – $43,304.
