Relic of St Jude Thaddaeus

CAMARILLO – On Thursday, 30 May 2024, a relic of Saint Jude the Apostle will be visiting the parish of Saint Mary Magdalen, 25 Las Posas Road.

Veneration will begin at 2pm. A special Mass in honor of Saint Jude the Apostle will be celebrated at 7pm.

The arm of Saint Jude Thaddaeus, also known as Saint Jude the Apostle, has been venerated in Rome from ancient times and is touring the Catholic Church in the United States from September 2023 until May 2024, stopping in 100 cities.

Referred to in Sacred Scripture as a brother (cousin) of the Lord and known as the “patron saint of hopeless causes”, Saint Jude Thaddeus is one of the Church’s most beloved saints.
