APTOS – The Saturday Morning Meditation Group meets at 8:30am each Saturday in the Daily Mass Chapel of the parish of Resurrection, 7600 Soquel Drive.
This non-denominational mindfulness meditation group is open to all, especially for those who have thought about trying meditation.
Each session begins with a brief introduction to the meditation followed by 25 minutes of silent prayer. A few words of “inspiration” for the week brings each session to a close.
