40 Days for Life is an international, non-political, Christian initiative that promotes peaceful prayer and witness in support of unborn life. The campaign centers on forty consecutive days of prayer and fasting, community outreach, and compassionate assistance to women facing difficult or unplanned pregnancies. Through a respectful and prayerful presence, participants seek to affirm the dignity of human life and offer hope, support, and resources to those in need. The forty-day structure draws from the biblical significance of the number forty as a period of conversion and spiritual renewal.
