THOUSAND OAKS – The parish of Saint Paschal Baylon, 155 E. Janss Road, will begin a new Bible study series on First and Second Kings this September, exploring the lives of Israel’s kings and the enduring lessons they offer for Christian discipleship.
The study will meet on Mondays from 10am until 12pm, beginning 14 September 2026, in Parish Hall, Room 2. For those unable to attend in person, a Zoom session will be offered on Wednesdays from 10am until 12pm, beginning 16 September.
Among the topics to be explored are the role of the “Great Lady” in the royal court, King Solomon’s prayer for wisdom, and other themes found in the books of First and Second Kings.
