SIMI VALLEY – Beginning Monday, 17 August 2026, the parish of Saint Peter Claver, 2380 Stow Street, will offer Unlocking the Mysteries of the Bible, a 24-session adult faith formation study based on The Bible Timeline: The Story of Salvation by Ascension Press.
Meeting Mondays from 7pm until 8:45pm in the parish’s West Hall, the study will guide participants through the overarching narrative of Sacred Scripture, examining how the people, places, events, and covenants of the Bible reveal God’s plan of salvation throughout history.
The program will explore fourteen key narrative books of the Bible through video presentations and group discussion. It is designed for both those new to Scripture and those seeking to deepen their understanding of the Catholic faith.
Sessions will be held from 17 August through 10 May 2027, with breaks for holidays and other scheduled interruptions. The registration fee is $30 per person, which includes the The Bible Timeline workbook, access to the 24 video presentations, and refreshments.
