APTOS – The Knights of Columbus (council 9580) of the parish of Resurrection, together with Knights of Columbus councils in Santa Cruz, Watsonville, and Monterey, are collecting donations to provide “Boxes of Hope” to farmworker families in the Pajaro and Salinas Valleys.
Each $100 donation will provide approximately 100 pounds of nonperishable food, including dried beans, rice, flour, sugar, and cooking oil. The participating councils hope to provide boxes to 200 families, with distribution planned for Saturday, 3 October 2026.
Donations may be made by cash or check payable to Knights of Columbus, as well as through Square or Venmo.
