Terms and Conditions

Recurring Payments. By completing a sponsorship purchase, the sponsor authorizes Central Coast Catholic to charge the payment method provided for the selected monthly sponsorship amount. Sponsorships are billed on a recurring monthly basis beginning on the date of enrollment and will automatically renew each month on the same calendar date (the “renewal period”) unless canceled. Charges will appear on the sponsor’s statement as CENTRAL COAST CATHOLIC.

Advertisement Creation. Following enrollment, Central Coast Catholic will design a sponsor advertisement based on materials provided by the sponsor (text, logo or image files, website link, etc.). The advertisement will be submitted to the sponsor for approval prior to publication. All advertisements will link to the sponsor’s website, social media page, or other approved online destination.

County Selection and Placement. Standard and Featured Sponsorships include placement in one primary county selected at checkout. Additional counties may be added during enrollment. Regional Sponsorship includes placement throughout all county sections served by Central Coast Catholic. Final placement selections will be confirmed following enrollment. Central Coast Catholic reserves the right to adjust placement to ensure accuracy and consistency with the sponsor’s selections.

Positioning and No Guarantee of Performance. Placement and positioning of advertisements on CentralCoastCatholic.net and within the weekly e-newsletter are at the sole discretion of Central Coast Catholic. Central Coast Catholic makes no guarantees regarding impressions, engagement, traffic, inquiries, leads, or performance. Any audience, usage, traffic, subscriber, open-rate, click-rate, or other statistical information provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of results.

Payment and Declined Transactions. Sponsors are responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date payment information. If a payment is declined, the sponsor will be notified and given a grace period of ten (10) days to resolve the issue. During this period, sponsorship placements may be temporarily suspended. If payment is not received within the grace period, Central Coast Catholic reserves the right to remove sponsorship placements until the account is brought current.

Cancellation. Sponsors may cancel at any time by contacting Central Coast Catholic or by managing their subscription through Stripe, if applicable. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods or for prior charges.

Pricing. Pricing is subject to change at the discretion of Central Coast Catholic. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect active sponsorships until notice has been provided. Existing sponsorships will continue at their current rate until such notice is given.

Content Standards. Central Coast Catholic reserves the right to decline, suspend, or remove any sponsorship, advertisement, or promotional content that is inconsistent with its mission, values, editorial standards, or the teachings of the Catholic Church. Acceptance of a sponsorship does not constitute endorsement of the sponsor, its products, services, or opinions.

Indemnification. Sponsor assumes all liability for the content of their advertisement and agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Central Coast Catholic, Domina Nostra Media, Lopes da Silva Holdings, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from the publication of such content.

Limitation of Liability. Central Coast Catholic’s liability for any claim related to sponsorship services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the sponsor during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event shall Central Coast Catholic be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or reputational harm.

Force Majeure. Central Coast Catholic shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, system failures, labor disputes, governmental actions, or interruptions in third-party services.

Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Term. These Terms and Conditions remain in effect for the duration of the sponsorship and any renewals thereof.

Modifications. Central Coast Catholic reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this page and will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
